Yoga is an ancient practice of uniting the body with mind. Through stretches and poses, subtle movement, increased body heat, breathwork and meditation, mantra and more, we work to heal and restore your body to balance. We use props such as blocks, straps, pillows and chairs to assist you with finding comfort in exploring your body and breath. We laugh and find light in our journeys back to our body. Whether you’re dealing with pain, illness, addiction, difficulty sleeping, or just plain old stress my intention is to work with you in release.
